Katrina and I had another weekend of baking, this time we made sugar cookies that were dead simple to make. These cookies are amazing fresh from the oven but get firm when they cool. Reward to effort ratio is high on the reward side here so I’d definitely make these again, maybe even gift them. Take a look at the pics:
