On Day 8 of Baking Arts we made Spritz cookies. I was late for class because of traffic on the 427/QEW but fortunately The Jo had scaled everything. Making Spritz cookies wasn’t hard but I wouldn’t say the end product is all that enjoyable either. I don’t think I’d make this one again in the future. Here’s a pic of the finished product:
I am going to agree with you on the end result. I don’t think this is something I would make again. I ate one when I got home last night, and I think I am done with them : )
