Baking Arts Day 6

On Day 6 of baking arts we made soft rolls.  On Day 4, the school was closed because of the so called “Snowmaggedon” (what a fail).  On Day 5, I was in sunny Cuba and I missed the class on creme caramel.  The soft rolls we made are the first of the breads we are making and are surprisingly easy.  Consisting of seven ingredients the recipe couldn’t be simpler.  I think one of the key ingredients that made this bread good was the use of live yeast.  This yeast was so active that the dough would grow in our hands while we were making our bread knots.  Here are some pics of our creations:

The bread was a simple white bread and turned out moist, tender, and delicious!  If I could get the proper yeast I’d definitely make this again.
